Android Central Question

My phone (Samsung Note 4 SM-910C) is draining battery from 100% to 0% in about an hour when idle, and even when switched off. From what I’ve tried so far, it seems like there could be a hardware fault with the phone. Why?
Things I’ve tried (in this order);

• A new battery
• Checking what apps are consuming battery power (I watched the phone drain from 95% to 89% in a couple of minutes with only cell standby and screen consuming any power with the phone still predicting 10hrs active use remaining)
• Flight mode
• Ultra-power-saving mode
• Factory resetting the phone
• Charging to 100% and leaving the phone off; it still quickly discharges to 0% even when off.
• Switching out the new battery with a known working battery from another Note4, and checking the new battery in the other Note4; both batteries are fine in the other phone but drain quickly in my phone.

That all suggests to me some kind of hardware fault on the phone. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there anything I can do about it?

Cheers
