Razr is defective

Top 3 Reasons My Razr sucks.

1. Freezes like my old bb storm used to do I have to constantly push and hold volume down and power to restart it.

2. It keeps restarting by itself.

3. Now it's not sending mms messages.

I called and tried to order an iphone 4s but they said they are on back order so I'm going to try another Razr, I just hope it's just 1 out of a thousand like they said. Other than these issues I love the phone the motocast is sick! Anybody else having these issues?

Hello, welcome onboard. I have friends who have the Razr, and has had zero problems thus far. My guess is, you might just have gotten a bad phone. If you think getting the iPhone would be a better phone than the Razr... think again.

Ps. In every device you will or might get occasional freezing. That's somewhat inevitable. Better luck on the next one.
