Razr on ICS going from 4g to 3g automatically

I have had the ics update since yesterday and today i noticed my phone switch automatically to 3g...had this happened to anyone. I will upload a pic

Here's a screenshot, I'm just wondering does that men we will be able to manually change from 4g to 3g. Battery life on 4g all day yesterday with no smart actions turned on lasted until 1am with me on and of the phone all day.
