One of the things that annoyed me to no end on my DX2 was that when i would tap the camera icon it would take a MINIMUM of 6+ seconds for the camera to actually "open" and be ready to take a picture.

Is the Razr any better when it comes to that?

Thanks for the info

I cannot believe how fast it is. Has been one of my major complaints when it comes to droid phones, even my bionic. This thing auto focus's and snaps the pic as soon as I press the button. One less complaint off my list.

the other thing I like is that the camera is available at the lock screen, ala iOS 5. I too had the dreaded 6-10 second delay with my X. Much better on the RAZR.

It's called Pita Fresh Grill in Fountain Valley CA.

well i noticed that when u have an empty memory card, such as the one that comes preloaded, it is quicker to turn on the camera app. But when i inserted my tbolt's sd card, which is 32 gigs but half way full, or empty u for u pessimist, it lagged a bit. Took twice as long to turn on the camera app. So maybe it might have something to do with it?

In day light it focuses quite fast. In low light it might take a little longer. I also use HDR+ app to take face pics. Those pics come out fantastic. It actually works good in low light.

Is the card from your TBolt Class 4? A Class 4 shipped with my RAZR. Its on the front of the card, might be a number wrapped in a C.

Yes it did. Class 4 is good. At least for me. Both the 16 and 32 gig were class 4

This is a definite sign that there are some bad phones out there just by all of them NOT shipping with the same class sd card.

If something like that isnt universal across the board, build quality isnt either. It sucks cuz we can talk about Moto build quality all day....but if the folks actually putting these phones together arent all on the same page....there will be some issues.
