re-boot question

So I restated my phone and all of my folders and widgets have now disappeared. How do I save it so this doesn't happen again?

I also noticed that when I restarted phone that there were added apps that weren't on my phone prior. For example (EBay & 1Weather).

Did you reset your phone or turn it off and back on? If you just turned it off then back on, I'd ask for a warranty exchange because that shouldn't happen.

I was just turning the phone off and then back on. I just did it again and now everything stayed as is.

Not sure what happened but its a but frustrating having to redo my layout.....
