Re-Flash Moto 7 firmware

[Android Central Question]

I have gotten a Moto G7 international version at a good rate on amazon. I believe this to be the India / Asia version.

Is it possible to re-flash this to the US version firmware and if so, what if any changes does it get me? Any side effects or risk in doing so?
