re install a rom?

I have the smoked glass V5 and I accidentally checked the option to get rid of something i need, can i simply re load the rom somehow? because when i try to do it in recovery mode, it says there is no .tar thing found even though its in the root of my sd card, and I cannot revert to my OEM backup (to then reinstall from there), it says error 21, any ideas?

Make sure you don't have any spaces in the folder name of the recovery rom.

that was the problem but i still need to know how to go back and reinstall the ROM to get my programs back...
