Re rooting

I'm trying to reroot my phone. Get all the way I did the first time but I resets then says android updating but doesn't update. Check root checker and it says divce not rooted.

Has the phone been updated since you rooted it last? If it has been you'll probably need a different root method.

Think back to what you did to the phone since you rooted it successfully. One of those things is keeping it from rooting. (I assume you unrooted it, which is the reason you want to root it again - unrooting may have caused changes that won't allow it to root.)

Rooting depends on the version of Android, the date of the kernel and the make and model of phone, so all this is just general.
