reachability for Note 3

IPhone has good functionality with that reachability feature. Hope android gets an app that can do it with out rooting.

Don't know why you're talking about having to root or getting an app. The Note 3 has one-handed operation and it's better than apple's "reachability" feature in my opinion. And Samsung had the feature well before Apple.
