jpr Well-known member Sep 14, 2010 1,700 48 0 Oct 15, 2014 #2 Don't know why you're talking about having to root or getting an app. The Note 3 has one-handed operation and it's better than apple's "reachability" feature in my opinion. And Samsung had the feature well before Apple.
