Read Caller ID Aloud

Hi Guys i am using S8 and i want to turn on the read caller id aloud feature but that is located under Voice Assistant settings now the real problem starts as soon as i turn on the voice assistant feature it just ****s my phone. It will read everything i touch and for selecting i have to double tap. As i am not vision impaired but i just want to use read caller name feature.

Pls help me solve this as i just want to use read caller id feature as this is useful during driving. Before it was located under answering/ending call but now samsung has put it under voice assistant.

As I remember, reading aloud of caller ID or new message is turned on by turning on driving mode on previous galaxy. Now Samsung has removed that software and you need to install it if you want to use it.
