Read incoming text sender name and be able to use voice to reply

I used the Read it to me app, with a plantronics 5200 voyger ear piece. Worked 90% of the time for texting back and the yes or no voice option for text and call answering. Not sure this is what your looking for however threw it out there. Good luck.
