Read it later vs pulse

Which is a good to have read it later or pulse? It seems as if they both do the same except read it later you can use on desktop but pulse you can not.

I have used pulse and it is great. If you want access to the content via pc then it may not be for you. It's organization is great and the synopsis of each article is good -- just enough information to give you some insight and determine if it's worth reading.

I've not not used the other app so can't help you with that one.
