Real player duration problem

The duration of all videos shows as 00:00. When I open it, it plays. I can't only fast forward. I clear the data of the application, but it doesn't fix it. It just fixes itself after time passes. Is this normal? I reinstalled the app, but it's the same. İ try mx player its perfectly showing duration normal

Welcome to Android Central! First of all, I can't believe RealPlayer is still around -- I would've thought PC users revolted and strung up that development team a long time ago.

What video format are you trying to play? Can you test multiple different formats?
