I got this Sony X10 last summer. I like the phone overall, other than being slow as death. MY realy problem is that the Wifi is trash!! I will SOOOOOOOOOOOOO buy an iphone that next time I am getting a phone.
The wifi keeps randomly shutting off. It is a real pain in the butt! The worst is when I am trying to connect to a public WiFi, like at the airport, where it requires you to accept the terns and condition. It will see the network, connect to it for half a second and THEN IT WILL COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN THE WIFI ANTENA. It will then (sometimes...) reboot the wifi and repeat the proccess. It is a realy pain. I downloaded a widgit that would let me turn off the cellular data. That has helped keep it from jumping back onto 3G VERY TIME.
Is there ANY help in making this WiFi work like it is supposed to??????
