Reappearing notification

Every time I restart my phone the Google notification "Did you just sign in?" Keeps reappearing, it's dated 06/10/17 and the date never changes, how do I stop it from happening?

I kept getting something similar with whatsapp wanting to constantly wanting me to verify it

it's really annoying confirming it's me every time, guess I'll just have to live with and hope it stops

When you get latest & greatest at release date there will always be minor niggles to just live with for the first 6 months or so, especially with non samsung apps
