rear camera not working

When I use my camera, it will not let me select rear camera, video, or zoe camera. But when I use other apps like snap chat the rear camera works just fine. What is the issue? It worked fine for the first two weeks I had it.

have you tried rebooting the phone with fastboot disabled?
if so, then try clearing the apps cache from the settings.
if not that, then try clearing its data.
