The rear camera is showing nothing but grain with slight verticle lines. The front camera is fine. No new apps were loaded. Never been dropped. Lens is clean. Pics taken in outdoor light are just as grainy. Worked well until yesterday. Forced stopped and cleared cache twice (per Samsung support) and it did no good. Took tablet out of case and that did nothing. Tried a new camera app and that did nothing. Video and stills are both grainy. Called the tablet names and that did no good either.
Is anyone else having this problem? Samsung said to revert back to beginning by resetting but they said that right after telling me to clean the lens so I don't think they have a clue. Any help would be appreciated.
