Rearrange settings menu

We had an update a while ago where we are now able to rearrange the options in the settings menu. Does anyone remember how to do it? I can't find the YouTube video that showed me how to do it and I want to arrange my tablet settings in the same way as my phone. For the life of me, I can not remember how it's done.

Download GoodLock from the Galaxy store if you don't already have it, then download Registar. It should be self explanatory from there.

Go on the tablet settings>display>screen layout>you see option multi view and standard view? Choose standard view
