I've wiped the phone a few times including the cache, removed my 256 gb sd card and pretty much all the suggestions I've seen on various forums and web sites but my s8 is still rebooting every hour at least.
I've also talked to tech support at Sprint (aware of the issue), talked to Best Buy Samsung Experience (aware of the issue) and also talked with Samsung who is not readily acknowledging the issue.
Samsung has the worst service plan which is to send your phone to a service center for 9 to 11 days with no replacement unit while they diagnose the problem.
Has anyone sent their phone to Samsung to repair the reboot issue and didn't work? Was it a hardware issue or a software issue?
Thanks.
