I am using an S9 Plus and I am having issues with receiving delayed notifications. While my phone is locked I will receive notifications and then when I go to unlock my phone a bunch of notifications all come in at the same time. These delayed notifications come in at the listed time that's the same time as when I unlock my phone and these should have been received earlier.
It takes place with all the apps I use that receive notifications such as social media apps, sports app, and any news app. I've never used the 'Do not disturb' feature on the phone, I've made sure all the settings through each individual have notifications turned on and no quiet time was ever set up. I made sure the notifications were set up correctly through the actual phone's settings and everything is set up properly. I tried resetting the preferences for the apps and that didn't do anything. I uninstalled all of these apps and reinstalled them and still had the same issue. I did a factory reset on my phone and that still didn't change anything. During this time I've communicated with Samsungs Twitter support and they haven't been helpful and only suggesting the most basic troubleshooting steps. I've looked at other threads on multiple sites and I couldn't find a solution for this.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue and knows how to fix it?
