receiving picture messaged

numerous people are trying to send me picture messages. It will give me an option of downloading it. But it just keeps loading, no picture.

Are you using WiFi when you try and download? I had this exact problem and found or you have to have mobile data on to download picture messages or it won't do it. Works every time for me. If it's not for you, then I don't know
