Receiving videos - playback blurry

When any1 sends me a videos, I download and play it and its so blurry I can't even make out the faces. What's the issue here??? And PLEASE tell me this can be fixed .........:'''(

Clear videos are too big to send via text most of the time. When someone records a video and they use the "send via mms setting" it's going to be blurry. Have them record it at a higher resolution and send it via Dropbox. You will notice the difference
