Recent Apps Button not Working properly on Note 4!! How can I fix it?

Recent Apps Button not Working properly on Note 4!!

When I press the recent apps button, it doesn't respond right away like it's lagging, then it suddenly skips past the recent apps page and goes directly to the home screen on my phone. It got worse and worse to the point where I decided to do a factory reset. It stopped doing it for approximately a week. Now it's starting to do it again and I'm just frustrated that I spent 5 hours getting my phone back to the way it was after the factory reset. I DO NOT want to do that every week so please any help, helps

I have a note 4 on verizon and mine will lag for a second or two when I hit the recent app button. It's annoying but I've just accepted it and tried to ignore it. Sorry I don't have an answer for ya

This is happening to me too! The recent apps button crashes to the home screen and usually doesn't show the recent apps
