Recent apps touch button

before the update (4.4) i remember seeing the option (under display settings) to change what the recent apps button does. there were 2 options u could assign to the button, either recent apps or options button. and it was one assigned to a click and the other to a hold.
i cant find this option since the update. anybody got any idea ? thanks

From what I've read the option was removed by Verizon. I wish I would have seen it while it was working.
