"recent" calls not showing on my phone app

"Recent" tab displays dark, not showing any call history. I reset all setting, but it didn't help. If I start the phone is "safe mode" it displays fine and shows me the call log. I really need help and would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance. Please help me if you can.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using a 3rd party theme? If so, change it to an official Samsung theme and see if it helps.

No third party theme, Thanks for helping. Any other suggestions?

Since it works normally in Safe Mode, then something you installed is probably causing the issue. Do you have any call filtering apps installed?

Or any app that has phone access?

Update: I reset app settings and fixed problems. Thanks for the help.
