recents call somebody not on contact list right side symbol people icon normal?

perhaps i just didn't notice in awhile if you don't have somebody in your contact list and they call you or you call them on phone app when you expand the call is there supposed to be like a white circle and i guess an icon that looks like a people basically is that normal or not

Yup, that sounds like the standard 'blank' icon for when that number isn't added on your contact list or doesn't have a profile picture associated with it. If you have advanced Caller ID/Spam protection services enabled, these icons may change depending on who's calling (i.e. show an office building icon for known businesses).
