I have a note 10 plus on the Sprint network and am having reception issues. I'm getting dropped calls and calls in which the other person cannot hear me and sometimes I cannot hear them also even though the phone call is still active. I have an S10 plus also on the Sprint network that I can put side-by-side with my note 10 and the S10 plus has no reception issues. Here's the things that I have done so far: I have downloaded a new PRL and new profile and also I have went to Sprint for a new SIM card which they place approximately 2 days ago but I'm still having the same issues. Any suggestions??

You evidently have a defective phone. If it's new, have it replaced. If not, you can still have it replaced, but you might get a "refurb" (which, at this point in the lifecycle, may just be a phone that someone bought, decided he didn't like and traded for something else).

Sounds very strange did sprint check all of your settings in the note?
I know when I was with Verizon sometimes it took a higher tech to figure stuff out.

The nice part of tmobile or att is just pop your sim in and you are usually good to go.

So apparently my phone was setup to international calling which is weird because I know I never touched that setting. The phone was searching for a international tower instead of a local one. Weird but it is fixed. I'm glad because I didn't want to set up a new phone. Thanks to all for the input.

Do you remember how to find international calling and if it's set up that way. I feel my Note 10+ doesn't have great reception but I also think it's partly sprint's crappy network.

Sprint took control of my phone while on the call so I really want paying much attention but I want to say it's in connections then mobile network settings
