reciepents in the TO and CC list not visible in exchange active sync mail box

hi,
i have setup my official mail on exchange active sync on my Galaxy note 2. My andriod is 4.1.1.

i am not able to see the TO and CC list when i am viewing any email. but when i click on reply all i am able to see the reciepents of the email.

can anybody please help me to adjust the setting so that i can view all the receipeints of the email while in the view mode.
