recommend case

Spigen slim armor is a really popular choice, but I stopped using mine because it added too much bulk. I was considering the ringke case too for its form factor but I opted for the incipio feather case. I absolutely love it because of the soft touch material feel. I don't think I'll ever go to another case especially because I'm already on my second one.

The slim armor is probably the least bulk but with protection. They have cases that are super thin but don't protect the screen at all.

I have the slim armor and love it

Max Protection: Tech21
Thinnest lightest with minimal to no proection: Incipio

I have both. Usually end up running the Incipio 90 percent of the time, but I'm real careful with my phone. With the Tech21 case, I can throw it down 2 flights of stairs and it'll be just fine.

Ditto to all that. The Slim Armor is great and I don't think it adds much bulk at all.

Try the slim guard OEM or the supcase hybrid.

Anybody tried the spigen slim armor with qi charging at home or in the car?

I'm loving my Diztronic, Spigen makes nice cases. If you want to see a good review see my man Flossy (It's a definite GO - NSFW?) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LQj7cE47a4

He's hands down the most entertaining cell phone accessories reviewer, but he also knows what he is talking about and is passionate about cases in particular.

I chose the Ringke Slim for my Nexus 5, twice! It looks and feels like I don't even have a case.

I've dropped it several times onto pavement while walking the dog, with not a single mark to the phone. One fall crushed and split a case corner, so I ordered a second one.

The phone corners, long sides, and display surface are protected by case sides with an extended edge. And, I don't use a screen protector.

I have the spigen slim and diztronic tpu. I love the spigen. To me its minimal bulk and compliments the phone great. Might pick up a few other colors.

I am currently looking into a case, I don't have qi wireless charging built in thanks to my carrier T-Mobile . Don't even know what I'd use the NPC for. I basically want something that will improve my grip on my phone it can be very slippery. And something to protect it from accidental drops. I was considering getting a larger battery but am thinking that might affect the case. Are there any cases that will fit the d851 model for T-Mobile that will provide the backing that has the qi included on it?

I'm still rockin a Supcase Beetle hybrid and an icarez glass screen protector and so far handled 2 drops like a champ. So well in fact that I can't tell where on the case took the hits from the drops. Pretty good combo IMO

The Slim Armor looks great on the device with minimal bulk with the amount of protection it provides. The Slim Armor I bought was good for a while then became loose on the device and the top right corner was always popping off the phone. I replaced it with a Otterbox Symmetry. Similar in size as the Slim Armor but a tighter fit. I use the otterbox symmetry with a Zagg HD screen protector and the edges tuck under the lip of the case. It fits tight. I thought I was going to break my phone trying to get the phone in and out of the case.

I found this today.

$14. That's over 50% off. Its blue, but for $14 I'd highly recommend you give it a shot. I actually bought the first LG G3 one made by Tech 21. Had to get it from England and it cost me $50 after shipping charges, so this is a great deal.

hey I just ordered that I saw em at the tmobile store an they wanted 35 bux so didn't get tit here are you sure that 1 from amazon aint a cheap copy ?

I bought one because I couldn't pass it up at $14. Nope, it's the real deal. I'm guessing the seller is selling out because they no longer make the blue version. I had a black Tech21 that I paid $50 for when it first came out, but sold it when I sold my original G3. (I'm on my second G3, because I wanted to try out other phones last year.)

Anyway, long story short, order it with confidance. It really is the real Tech21 case. It shows today that he has 10 left.
