Recommendation for Backup App

Can someone recommend good backup software from v30 to a MacBook pro? Thanks!

I don't use a single app, I use a bunch of apps, one for each type of thing I'm backing up - contacts, SMS, apps, etc. See Backing up an Android Device and just copy all the backup files to the Mac. (Or, if you're adventurous, install TWRP on your phone. Then you do a data backup and copy the backup file to the Mac. I do that every time I switch phones and a full backup, including the system, any time I'm about to do something that could be dangerous and brick Android.)

I've also have used a variety of apps. Helium (Carbon) for apps and app data, and I use Nova's own back up for the homescreen.

However, I found that LG Bridge is a fantastic program that did a great job of backing up my fone before I did a factory reset. You should give that serious consideration.
