Recovery Boostrapper files gone

So i recently formatted my SD card and re-installed the droid x recoveryboostrap but for some reason when i click the bootstrap recovery it comes up with an error of
error running exec(). command:[su,-c, ./data/data/com.koushikdutta.droidx.bootstrap/files/surunner.sh]
working directory: null
environment: null

any ideas of what this is or how to fix?

That's what it told me when I didn't have root, are you sure your rooted?
