Recovery that lets you name backups?

So this is just something that has been bugging me. Is thier any way i can rename my ROM backups without corrupting the md5 sum? I kno you can name backups in ROM manager but we all know that on the optimus s = kaaabooom. So i was just wonderinin

EDIT: Is thier a custom recovery that allows you to do this?

Yeah, I always edit important nands to include the date made, rom and its build number. Since you cannot include spaces in the file name, either use an underscore or a period between words. ie. 05.20.2012.MiscRom.v1.1

That way you know when you made it, what it is and which build all in one glance. Just dont add any spaces and you are set.

Edit: I just use a file explorer like root explorer or root browser ect to make these edits.

You can use dashes to
I.E. 05-19-12.Reborn.2.2.4-coolblue.V1
