Red Spot

Does anyone else notice a red spot at the top center of the phone when opening things that have a white background? Seems when I open apps like that its there for a second then goes away but its the top 1/4 of the phone almost from one side to the other. Very odd.

Yeah its very weird. At first I thought maybe it was just Gmail because the top of it is red and maybe I was just noticing the screen opening the app. But then I started noticing it on all apps that have a white background. Again its only there a moment and then its back to white.

I'm going to check that. on one screen I had a small red line in the upper left corner. hasn't repeated so not sure of the cause or area.

I only have a couple of things that come up white screen, but didn't see anything. when I used a pixel checker I never saw either my thing or your thing. I feel it's an interface issue rather than screen or color issue. have you tested with a pixel checker just for comfort sake?

I just downloaded and used a pixel checking app and its all good. Gmail is an item that comes up with a white background. That is what I was using when I first noticed it. It doesnt stay a red spot there or anything but now that I have noticed it Ill see it every time rofl.

I'll try gmail. my red line has never reappeared. hope it stays that way because I'm like you. it's all I saw on that screen and I tried it two or three times. it's somewhere obscure in setting, I believe.

gmail seems fine. I have a red top on mine so not sure if that precludes seeing the line. I tried a couple of different places in it and didn't see anything.

After messing around and changing things and what not today I finally figured out its the wallpaper causing it. The wallpaper has lighting and clouds in the spot and that is where it happens. When I have a different wallpaper it isnt there. Least now I know and its not driving me crazy.
