Yes, they say that a lot, too. If you look hard enough you will find a lot of threads here on older phone forums with Verizon chat reps say all kinds of things that turned out not to be true. Sometimes it turned out that they are right, but I assume it was an accident.

One of the reps in the local non-company VZW store once told me it depends on who you talk to, and what time of the day you talk to them, as to what the "answer" is - I believe this to be true.

OK I got it today, about two hours ago. I'm about 99% sure I wouldn't be in any kind of soak test.

Most noticeable thing off the bat is the notification shade. It has one row of toggles that comes down with the first pull down (and you can edit what toggles) and the notifications look a little different.

Only other thing I have tried is the double tap on recent button to pull up the last thing you was using. I like that.

Haven't played with anything else yet and as far as I can tell phone is working normal.

From what I've seen, recent "soak" tests have included sending the updates to people outside of the soak group.

Yes. Verizon. The Moto Z Force is exclusive to Verizon as the Moto Z Force Droid.
