REDMI NOTE 4, the Bluetooth Headphones in use have a glitch whereby people hear me muffled

[Android Central Question]

I am using these bluetooth headphones of mee audio headphones M6BG2

I have used some extra headsets of above company as the firm sent me a few to allow me to fix my intial problem. My first problem was that the bluetooth would only show "connected but no phone". To fix it, I first cleared cache and updated the device, rebooting so had allowed me to fix this problem and this would have been the likely culprit

However, now when I try to connect there is another huge problem. People on other side of call hear me muffled or crackled when I am using these headphones however hear me just right when I use my speakers. Please help me fix this problem as I have spent hours fixing one thing to the next and surveyed the whole internet for countless hours. Thanks

Have you made sure your speaker and microphone are free from lint,dirt ?

There's no mic in those headphones, so it's the little mic at the bottom of the phone that's picking up your voice, and since you're most likely not holding it to your mouth, of course you're going to sound "far away" (what you call "muffled"). You need a headset - with a mic - if you want to handle calls that way. (Those headphones are for listening, not talking.)
