I have read about some reduced coverage in different areas of the country. I live in eastern North Carolina, and was wondering if anyone else in eastern NC was losing coverage from where it was a short time ago? I cannot travel from Goldsboro, NC to Raleigh, NC (about 50 miles) on an interstate highway without losing signal in 4 places. I used to have coverage the whole trip. Also, I did have 3G in my house, but it is now gone. Anyone else?

Just got off the phone with Sprint, and naturally they denied any loss of coverage. I told them that even in my house, I don't have 3G anymore, whereas 3 weeks ago I did. They offered me something called an Airwave for $129.99 and a new 2 year contract! I told them that I was not paying to get my service back to it's original status. This should be a way to get out of contract, but I'm sure that they are covered somewhere in their contract.

Well they have admitted to some coverage loss. This was on their website:

Sprint has agreed to send me an Airave at no charge. They said that I needed an internet connection in my home, which I have. What is the difference between using the Airave, and running my phone over my home wireless network? Which way is better?
