Refocus-like app available?

I saw Nokia is coming out with "Refocus" for their WP8 devices. I thought it was more complicated, and involving Raw files, but apprently not. From what I've seen, it just takes multiple pictures at nearly the same time, at different focal lengths. Not sure how it does this, but it's a software thing that is backward compatible with some of their phones. So shouldn't it be possible to have something like this for Android phones? Does anyone know of an app like this?
