Refresh when clicking back

Is there a way to turn this off? Hope I'm making sense. =)

When in apps like Zedge for ringtones, i do a search and click on ringtone, when i click the back arrow, it refreshes and goes back to the top where i have do to a new search.
Same as facebook app. I scroll down the list. click on a friends picture. when clicking the back arrow, it refreshes and bring me to the top of the facebook screen with the most recent post.

Zedge didnt work for me at all. It kept shutting down and I had to uninstall

Zedge works fine for me. Juat annoys the heck out of me to have to either scroll all the way down or do a search every single time.

When i use the Google search bar and get the search results without the web page find box and i click up top (were the url normally is and edit the search criteria if iv click on a link then click back it refreshes to my original search criteria. Totally annoying too.

So i guess there is no option not to refresh.:'(

Just wait till you try till you figure out what else refreshes annoyingly. :-\You
