refunds to Google Play store gift cards

I purchased an app but decided to cancel within the 15 minute period, i got an email verifying this but no refund has appeared yet, does anyone know how long this takes to appear back on my balance?

Not sure. I'd contact Google to see how they handle that.

It actually just went back on my balance, I thought i would update as someone else may have the same question, it took about 1hour 15 minutes so not too bad.
