Regarding LTE Indicator...

Absolutely. Most carriers in the world are at 4G or 4GLTE (4G+).

Are you able to use VOLTE? For example, when you place a call, do you stay on 4G or do you fall back to 2G?

When I had my old Huawei I got LTE and not VoLTE as my carrier did not have the device certified.

I dont have any issues. Aside from the confusion i had about the LTE indicators it seems like everything is working as intended.

I am also in the US. I just ordered the phone off of eBay. Is the compatible with TMo's VoLTE.
