Yea probably not the right place for this, but this is the only subforum of the forum im ever on

The short story: Ok so I just got off the phone with an AT&T rep. conversating about the phone bill. I have the Unlimited Family text messaging plan ($30/month).

My words exactly: "So I saw that new AT&T free Unlimited mobile to any mobile plan if you have an unlimited text messaging family plan on the tv the other day and i would like to enable that feature"

AT&T rep: "You dont qualify for that. You have to be on the qualifying 750 minutes/month talking plan to have that feature". (We're on 550min/month)

Me: "Isn't that misleading advertisement then?"

AT&T rep: "well yea.....but if you PAUSE THE COMMERCIAL you will see it"

ME: "WOW! So i have to PAUSE the commercial? This is how AT&T treats all there customers?"

AT&T rep: "Well... i didnt make the commercial."

pretty much how it ended. so i guess i have to get Tivo so i can pause all the AT&T commercials just incase theres a catch huh.

is this REALLY true because i call BS! i just checked the AT&T website and i don't see the 750min/month REQUIRED. Ontop of that i just watched the commercial again on Youtube and i must be blind as a bat?

So for $10 more you get unlimited mobile to any mobile. I had the same plan as you a nd switched to get the promo back in February. Its makes sense for me since my family is on Verizon and I had to limit talks with them.

Just do it. :)
