Regular Vibrations notifications on Gear Sport

I am about to buy the watch but need to be sure...

I need to program and receive regular vibrations at short intervals.

seems it's possible in running mode...

but I also found this on the manual:

Interval Alerts
Set a finishing time for your presentation on your Gear
to receive a notification
1. From the Apps screen, rotate the bezel and tap
PPT Controller.
2. Tap More options > Interval alerts.
3. Tap Interval alerts to enable this feature.
4. Tap Set time, and enter the interval that you want
to receive notifications.

could somebody owning the Gear tell me how short can be those interval ?

Just checked the PPT Controller app and it looks like you can set in 5 minute intervals, with 5 minutes being the smallest interval.
