reinstalling removed apps dorid bonic

Hello all I used this fourm to help me root my droid bionic and remove bloat, and it worked great. But being a noob at this I removed some things that I want back like the weather widget. when I moved them back from the SD card to the systen/app folder and tried to reinstall it did not work. Any help would be great, and thanks for all the help so far .
