Release date?

I watched the release, did anyone see an actual release date?! 3rd quarter is Not a date!

Also beyond bummed at battery size. Major disappointment there LG!

This is one of my biggest frustrations with LG. They announce a phone a month or more before it's actually released and won't even give you a solid release date.

I just read Korea is getting it first and this month with the global release to be announced. I wonder if that means the U.S. will be after the Pixels come out next month. That would be a horrible business move on their part! Hopefully it's sooner.

Well, there are only 3 more weeks left in the 3rd quarter. So by end of September, we should have them.

Who knows what is third quarter for LG. Financial year is not always Jan 1st to Dec 31st for all companies. If it was September end they would have mentioned that so not holding my breadth for release this month in the US.

T-Mobile is saying on Twitter that's it's coming this Fall. Fall equinox is September 22 for whatever that is worth.

For the 2nd quarter, LG Electronics’ unaudited quarterly earnings results are based on IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) for the three-month period ending June 30, 2016. Seems they are on the calendar year system. So September will be the end of 3rd quarter.

Sucks we can't count on anyone to provide (and deliver on)this information besides Apple and Samsung. Maybe Google but not too many others. Or at least not any others that I care about.
