Remote GPS activation possible on S8+?

I turn off my Samsung Galaxy S8+'s location when I'm not using it for maps or something else. I use the pull down menu and the one touch widget. Is there an app that can remotely turn my phone's GPS on if the phone is lost or stolen?

If the phone is stolen you can initiate a location 'ping' from either Google Play (with your Google account) or Samsung's FindMyPhone site (with your Samsung account). Both services (unless you deactivate them on your phone on purpose) will ping for the device's location regardless of the Location toggle. This, of course, does require the phone to be turned on and to have an active data connection (mobile or WiFi).
