Remove apps from Alcatel 5044R completely?

Did not see a way in the pages of the manual I read. Seeking guidance on some apps simply killing space... Guidance sought..

What apps in particular? Apps that were preinstalled on the device can't be removed easily. If they were apps that you installed, you could clear the cache and data (through the app manager in settings) then remove them.

Settings/Apps/<the app>. Force stop. Clear cache. Clear data. Uninstall. If the upper-left button is Disable, not Uninstall, the app is a system app and you can't uninstall it. (It's called bloat, and even in devices not gotten from a carrier, there's still some bloat.)
