Droid Pro: after numeorus issues with the Gingerbread update (ie yahoo email not syncing, keyboard light not coming on, battery life SUCKED, extremely slow, etc...) I removed the battery and low and behold... I had 67 emails show up, keyboard light started working and faster then before. I'll be honest that since it rebooted during the install, I never gave it a second thought to remove the battery. Hope this helps! :)

for rizzles? has ur battery life improved too?... im getting terrible battery life after I flashed Infused Rom (w/ Gingerbread 2.3.3)... im doing it now

Right on! I thought that for the first time I was having problems with my phone,so I pulled the battery after that I notice it loaded up much faster when rebooting, wifi faster just to mention a few

Photon: After watching this new Photon's battery drain during the first week, I went old school / Blackberry and popped out the battery. BAM! A ton of reclaimed memory and a bit snappier performance. One note - turning the Photon "off" and then powering back on has the same effect.
