Remove exchange services

How do I remove exchange services from running in background from LG Thin Q?

Welcome to Android Central! If you never use an email that requires Exchange Services, then go to the Settings>Apps menu, select Exchange Services, and Disable it if you can.

In general, though, be aware that just because you see a system app as a running service, it doesn't mean it's using any significant battery or CPU. It could just be paused or cached in the background, which means it's not doing anything.
