Remove or add Google Talk account

Is there any way to remove an account from Google Talk?

I set up the Nook with my main account, although my wife will probably be the primary user (with her own account). I've found a way to get the calendar working (sharing hers with me, then unchecking all but her shared calendar in the app), and the email is easily configured, but I can't seem to find a way to add her account to Talk or remove mine.

The workaround thus far is to install Meebo.
