When Signing into the internet a message comes up that asks to sign into a moible account. It is highly annoying to have to sign in all the time just to use the internet. Is anyone else having this problem, and/or how do I fix this so that it doesnt force me to sign in?

I have clicked the restore factory default under the menu, and that does nothing. I have also deleted the cache, and cookies, but this still happens. Any help would be nice.

Sounds like your gmail account may not be properly setup on the phone. As a Google phone, it bases everything on your Gmail account. If it is not setup properly then you have to authenticate every time you want to do anything.

Are you using wi-fi and signing into a hotspot? You don't have to sign into anything in order to use the internet via the phone unless you're trying to attach to someone's (say Starbuck's) wifi.

It is actually a customer's problem, and I cant figure out what he did to it.
